Bruce Steiger is the President of the South Florida Chapter of the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a national 501c3 (non-profit) educational organization comprised of various financial professionals in each chapter.
Attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and other financial service professionals conduct instructional workshops on important financial topics, including retirement planning, financial management, estate planning, asset allocation and more. The Foundation for Personal Financial Education conducts hundreds of workshops a year for public and private companies, organizations, institutions, and associations of all types.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is the President of Financial Security Concepts Group, a financial advisor organization and is currently in his 33rd year of practice.
In working with many professionals, Bruce has found that people simply get caught up in the crisis of everyday business and family concerns, unwittingly postponing their personal and family financial planning, thereby sacrificing their current and future security. It is because of this that he spends 70% of his time in his business practice and 30% of his time working for the non-profit educational organization, teaching individuals how to identify, organize and act on their financial goals.
Bruce is married to his wife, Sue, and they have 2 children, Courtney age 22 and Joshua age 19, and have resided in Coral Springs, Florida for the past 23 years. He currently is a volunteer for the Red Cross Disaster Action Team (D.A.T.) as well as the Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.), a part of the Coral Springs Fire Department.
